Our Story: A Vision for the Next Generation
Center Cross Academy is an educational initiative that has been undertaken by more than 100 churches in the Saint Louis Metro area, working collaboratively to see a rigorous, accessible K-12 Christian school developed right in the heart of South City.
Back in 1978, Tower Grove Baptist Church began a school in this location that educated and discipled students faithfully for decades. In 2024, the broader network of the Saint Louis Metro Baptist Association decided to partner with the church and invest significantly in seeing the school grow and thrive into the next generation. From this spirit of collaboration and a desire to see student leaders developed in our city, Center Cross Academy was born.
