Brent Roam is the founding pastor of One Family Church, a vibrant and diverse church he and his wife, Rebecca, planted in 2011. St. Louis natives, Brent and Rebecca live in University City with their four children. Since its founding, One Family Church has grown to serve thousands of people across multiple locations throughout the region.

Passionate about the flourishing of St. Louis, Brent launched The FAM in 2021, a nonprofit dedicated to closing the racial gap in homeownership. Through this initiative, hundreds of African American families have been helped on the path to purchasing their first home.

Brent holds degrees from Arizona State University and its Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and pursued advanced studies at Oxford University as a Rhodes Scholar and at Princeton University as a Woodrow Wilson Fellow. Before entering full-time ministry, he practiced law with the international firm Bryan Cave LLP.
